Driven by a desire for change, Kat decided to explore hypnotherapy after being inspired by the teachings of Joe Dispenza on self-healing and the power of the mind.

Early in the process, Kat experienced a shift in her mindset, realizing that the moment she committed to the hypnotherapy journey, her subconscious began to awaken. She describes the initial sessions as a safe space where she could confront her inner struggles and gain clarity. As she engaged with the hypnotherapy recordings, she felt a sense of lightness and began to feed the "good wolf" within her.
As the sessions progressed, Kat noticed significant improvements in her back pain, which had decreased by half by the time of her second session. She likens her experience to building a sturdy bridge to her authentic self, allowing her to reunite with a version of herself she had long lost touch with. This newfound connection brought her joy, freedom, and a stronger sense of self, enabling her to establish better boundaries and clarity in her life.
